As a key member of the Solution SFT team, the Salesforce Functional Analyst will play a vital role in the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions. This position requires a strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and technical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in projects as the Salesforce expert, providing technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve the usage of Salesforce and support business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
- Translate business requirements into clear system specifications for developers, ensuring accurate and efficient implementation.
- Design and execute test strategies and plans, ensuring the Salesforce platform meets business needs and requirements.
- Analyze complex business problems and provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and configure cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements.
- Configure systems settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address business system issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Act as an advisor to 3rd party integrators, providing technical guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including changes and potential system implications related to Salesforce release upgrades.
- Communicate regularly with Salesforce designated super users, providing information and training on new features and functionality.
- Maintain at least high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.
- Serve as a key liaison with IT technical resources, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
