Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our residential setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate and person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of care plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and services
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
• One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
