Votre mission:

  • Définir l'architecture logicielle pour les applications et les plateformes de votre tribe au sein du SI Accor
  • Assurer la consistance, la conformité et la documentation de l'architecture pour tous les modules et les applications du SI de votre périmètre – soit directement, sur les projets stratégiques du SI, soit en collaboration avec d'autres architectes solution et/ou tech leads
  • Coordonner et accompagner de manière transverse la communauté de Technical Leaders
  • Mentorer les développeurs dans la conception des solutions et dans l'identification de «Best practices»

Vos activités:

  • Analyser les besoins du métier et intégrer les contraintes de l'écosystème / du SI Accor
  • Concevoir et modéliser des architectures logicielles, réaliser les études pour présenter les avantages et inconvénients des différentes solutions
  • Concevoir, industrialiser et mutualiser les socles technologiques et couches applicatives (framework, intégration continue, performances, cloud...)
  • Accompagner l'équipe de développement tout au long du projet sur la mise en œuvre des choix d'architecture et en assurer le suivi de la documentation
  • Identifier les best practices, les communiquer, s'assurer de leur application
  • Définir un cadre d'architecture logicielle
  • Faire de la veille technologique sur le développement logiciel

Profil recherché:

  • Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure de type école d'ingénieurs ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 7 ans ou plus sur le design Software
  • Orienté Solution
  • Solide expérience dans le développement d'applications multi-tiers, idéalement en Java/J2EE
  • Management collaboratif avec des équipes techniques et notamment de profils seniors / tech Leads
  • Maitrise des design patterns
  • Connaissance des services de développement logiciel disponibles directement dans le Cloud (AWS ou Azure ou autre cloud)
  • Très bonne culture des solutions logicielles
  • Expérience d'implémentation sur base d'architecture orientée évènements
  • Connaissances des patterns d'intégration communs dans les SI
  • Rédaction de livrables techniques et fonctionnels
  • Très bonne connaissance des bases de données relationnelles, No SQL et in-memories (les avoir déjà implémentées, connaitre les points forts et les points faibles de chaque solution)
  • Autonomie, force de proposition
  • Démarche d'amélioration continue et de remise en cause du statu quo
  • Aisance relationnelle, rédactionnelle et en expression orale en public
  • Leadership & investissement personnel
  • Diplomatie & force de conviction
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle
