We take pride in being a uniquely integrated health care organization that includes Lakeland Long Term Care, six Nursing Stations delivering care to rural communities, management of District ambulance services and dispatch, and a full range of in-patient and out-patient programs associated with a 90-bed acute care hospital.
A Rewarding OpportunityWe are currently seeking a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting diagnostic laboratory tests and associated tasks.
Hours of work include all shifts, including weekends.
Compensation and BenefitsIn return for your dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive hourly salary of $36.84 - $50.24 based on experience. Additionally, you can look forward to:

RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you must have:
- Completion of a recognized General Medical Laboratory Technologist program
- Current active, practicing registration with CMLTO
- Previous experience in Laboratory Technology doing general work in all areas
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Effective organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various computer applications and software related to laboratory programs
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs and accreditation standards
- Demonstrated excellent attendance levels, work performance, disciplinary history, and positive work references
