Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at MVC Immigration Consulting Ltd. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our consulting firm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordination and Communication: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
