Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
