Core Child Care Society is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to grow and develop.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a high-quality childcare experience.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to plan and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community service providers.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in childcare programs before and after regular school hours.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices in childcare.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced childcare setting.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting work commitments.
