Job Title: Senior RACF Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RACF Security Engineer to join our team at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) team, you will play a critical role in designing and executing projects aligned with the RACF security function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the design and execution of projects aligned with the RACF security function
  • Provide security guidance to users while engineering solutions
  • Coach RACF team members on security best practices
  • Assist the Security Architecture and RACF engineering and policy teams in developing technical solutions to business problems
  • Support Firm's mainframe initiatives related to authentication, authorization, and automation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and establish processes for preventative actions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related work experience as a RACF Engineer or Administrator
  • Advanced experience with IBM RACF and IBM-ZSecure configuration/internals
  • Experience with z/OS utilities and facilities, database technology, and common aspects of zOS installations
  • Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills, and ability to multi-task
  • MS Office business application experience
