Job Description

As a Personal Care Attendant with Bayshore HealthCare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • OSSD or equivalent education
  • Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English language
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act and WHMIS regulations
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including seniors
