Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Success Solutions Home Care Agency Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Home Support Worker will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Shop for food and household supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Home Support Worker will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to travel to different locations.
