Job Summary:
Real Fruit Bubble Tea is seeking a skilled Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare drinks according to Real Fruit's formula and preparation techniques.
• Taste drinks to ensure they meet Real Fruit's high-quality standards.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures in accordance with Real Fruit's standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and assist with inventory management.
• Demonstrate professionalism and awareness of store goals at all times.

• Results-Oriented: Demonstrates the ability to consistently perform optimal business results by meeting deadlines and achieving pre-determined goals.
