Retail Store Manager

Vapcity Vapor Ltd. is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales floor staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales staff to duties and ensure effective coverage of the sales floor
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Client focus and attention to detail
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
