We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team at El Molino Foods of Canada (1972) Ltd. as a key member in ensuring the smooth operation of our food processing plant.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and adhering to quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials within the plant.
  • Measure and feed ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Assist in feeding and unloading processing machines.
  • Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and be a team player.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
