Design Technician

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Buildings Mechanical & Electrical team as a Design Technician - Building Systems Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for modeling, drafting, and designing mechanical and electrical systems for building projects in the public and private sector.
You will assist with the preparation of engineering drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Power, Lighting, and Fire Alarm systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with the project team, external vendors, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a related Engineering or Architectural Technology diploma, 3+ years of related experience, and knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD. You will also need to possess basic knowledge and understanding of building codes and standards, as well as competent interpersonal and communication skills.
