Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in a Regular Part-Time capacity. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient counseling and education on medication use, side effects, and potential interactions.
  • Monitor patient profiles and perform drug usage reviews to ensure safe and effective medication use.
  • Participate in disease management and compliance programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in pharmacy software systems.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
