Job Summary

The Pharmacist is a key member of our retail pharmacy team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and clinical services to our customers. This role requires a strong focus on patient safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services, including disease state management, medication reviews, and health risk assessments.
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient counseling on new therapies.
  • Monitor medication adherence and identify potential drug-related problems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection Certification.
  • Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting preferred.
