At EVRAZ North America, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team as a Wet Bench Inspector. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

About the Role

The Wet Bench Inspector will be responsible for inspecting threaded products using a wet fluorescent magnetic particle system. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects and ensure product quality.

This role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures, as well as experience working with various types of equipment. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect threaded products using a wet fluorescent magnetic particle system
  • Identify defects and ensure product quality
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control measures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
  • Experience working with various types of equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
