About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at AAA Framing Ltd as a Framer Helper. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mixing and Spreading: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Paving and Raking: Pave and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Cleaning and Piling: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machine Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
