At Bar Burrito, we're seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

* Establishing efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation and service staff
* Providing training and guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimating ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
* Ensuring that food and service meet our quality control standards
* Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Preparing food order summaries for our chef
* Supervising and checking the assembly of trays
