Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at POWER TOWING & RECOVERY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data and information
- Assist with the analysis of employee data and information
- Compile data, statistics, and other information as required
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and reliable with strong time management skills
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
Language: English
Work Hours: 35 hours per week
