Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food products.
About the Role:
- This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week.
- The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff meet expectations.
- Cost products and services effectively to maintain profitability.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and reputation.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Prior experience in food service management or a related field is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork and customer relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required for accurate financial management.
