**Job Description Summary**

The Knowledge Management Strategist at Healthcare Businesswomen's Association plays a pivotal role in developing, assessing, and implementing innovative Knowledge Management (KM) strategies. This individual aligns priorities with the Senior Knowledge Management Strategist and drives assessment, design, development, and implementation of solutions or solution components.

Major Accountabilities

  • Solution Design and Development:
    • Create value propositions by driving problem statements, use cases, and define business requirements.
    • Foster innovation through strategic thinking and propose effective strategies that create business value while enabling operational efficiencies.
    • Maintain existing tools, capabilities, models, and frameworks for alternative use cases and assess new tools, technology, resources, or vendors as needed.
    • Develop knowledge management solutions across people, process, content, culture, and technology, ensuring holistic approaches.
    • Produce relevant deliverables such as process mapping, senior stakeholders' business value case presentations, data-driven analyses, and solution design blueprints.
  • Implementation Management:
    • Support solution planning in collaboration with the wider KM team, aligning on priorities, dependencies/requirements, impacts, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Manage solution implementation including pilots/tests and full rollouts, managing or co-managing vendors, IT teams, or other support teams.
  • Stakeholder and Network Management:
    • Develop and own relationships with key stakeholders, including senior colleagues and partners within the business.
    • Strategically manage relationships toward desired outcomes, pre-empting challenges or conflict in a partnership model.
