Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Game Presenter. As the face of our live casino games, you will be responsible for hosting classic casino-style games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.
Our studio runs 24/7, engaging customers throughout Canada. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy interacting with people, and are comfortable in front of a camera, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live casino games, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with our production team to ensure seamless game delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your hosting skills and knowledge of our games

Requirements:
- Age 19+
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekends
- Availability to work more than 20 hours per week
- Ability to obtain a Provincial Gaming License (sponsored by the company)
