Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our stores.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making purchases.
- Process donations and ensure that they are properly received and processed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
