We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team at Home and Community Care Support Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic and operational directions associated with the management of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and communities, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Improvement: Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that our programs and services are evidence-based and meet the highest standards of care.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
- Communication and Education: Develop and deliver education and training programs for staff, patients, and families, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills needed to provide high-quality care.
- Financial Management: Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring that we are using our resources effectively and efficiently to deliver high-quality care.
- Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
