The Role

As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling our high-quality windows and installation services to homeowners in a competitive market. You will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to think critically, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct in-home consultations, creating customized solutions for homeowners and delivering expert advice on our products.
  2. Educate customers on the benefits of Centra Windows Inc.'s products and services, highlighting our unique value proposition.
  3. Closing deals in competitive markets, leveraging your negotiation and persuasion skills to secure wins.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring both decision-makers are engaged in the consultation process.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years of proven B2C sales experience (home improvement, construction, automotive, real estate, insurance, or other high-value sales preferred).
  2. Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing deals in competitive markets.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  4. Ability to sell on value, not just price, and overcome objections with confidence.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer needs.
  6. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
