What You'll Do
1. Conduct in-home consultations, creating tailored solutions and delivering custom quotes for homeowners.
2. Educate customers on Centra's unique value proposition: Canadian company, Canadian manufacturing, Canadian installers — ensuring quality control from start to finish.
3. Close deals in high-stakes environments where competition is fierce, and success is defined by your ability to win.
4. Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring both decision-makers are engaged in the consultation process.
5. Thrive in a results-driven role, pushing past obstacles to exceed ambitious sales goals.
What We're Looking For
1. 3+ years of proven B2C sales experience (home improvement, construction, automotive, real estate, insurance, or other high-value sales preferred).
2. Experience conducting in-home consultations and closing deals in competitive markets.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to sell on value, not just price, and overcome objections with confidence.
5. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer needs.
6. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
