We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Nilta Flooring Inc.

As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
