Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our team at New Age Granite And Marble Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, establishing and balancing accounts, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your accounting skills and knowledge to contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Account Maintenance: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required by management.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Candidates Must Possess: A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Able to Work Independently: With minimal supervision, you will be able to perform tasks and meet deadlines.
