Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of sanitation, health, and safety in work areas.

• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.

• Prepare foods following specific methods that require short preparation time.

• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.

• Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions.

• Clean, stock, and restock workstations.

• Wash, cut, and prepare food ingredients.
