Job Title: Nursing Client Service Manager

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Client Service Manager to lead our Integrated Care Solutions team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and northern regions.

About the Role:

This is a full-time permanent position based in North Bay. As a pivotal role within our organization, you will drive the operational success of our Integrated Care Solutions, ensuring high-quality clinical service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the day-to-day service delivery in northern communities
  • Leadership style focused on people-oriented management, empowering and challenging team members to be their best selves
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to implement key deliverables
  • Results-oriented management of the annual budget, including planning and implementing business development opportunities
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a recognized accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN (Registered Nurse)
  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably in home and community care
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong coach and mentor
