Hearing Care Coordinator

At Amplifon, we're expanding our Canadian market and looking for a talented Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to individuals who require hearing care.
About the Role:
As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a personalized and caring experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience
- Managing scheduling and appointment confirmations for new and existing customers
- Preparing Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments by communicating relevant customer information
- Converting outbound and inbound calls into appointments and driving marketing campaigns
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
- Creating invoices and processing payments for products and services rendered
- Providing education on Amplifon programs, products, and services, and resolving customer inquiries
- Maintaining efficient clinic operations by overseeing inventory, organization, and supporting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming and high-performing clinic culture

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office
