At Amplifon, we're expanding our Canadian market and looking for a talented Client Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to individuals who require hearing care.

About the Role:

As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a personalized and caring experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience
  • Managing scheduling and appointment confirmations for new and existing customers
  • Preparing Hearing Care Professionals for customer appointments by communicating relevant customer information
  • Converting outbound and inbound calls into appointments and driving marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
  • Creating invoices and processing payments for products and services rendered
  • Providing education on Amplifon programs, products, and services, and resolving customer inquiries
  • Maintaining efficient clinic operations by overseeing inventory, organization, and supporting customers with basic hearing aid maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming and high-performing clinic culture

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office
