Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to their needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to become a subject matter expert in new and used vehicles, including optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations of vehicles to showcase features and benefits.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Develop the ability to effectively overcome objections and excel in sales situations.

Requirements:

  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to learn new products and improve skills.
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.
  • A professional, well-groomed personal appearance is essential.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.
