About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sales Service team as a Sales Service Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to develop skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and retail operations
