About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure high-quality construction projects.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
