About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • Business Development and Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies, including market expansion, product development, and partnerships.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on business growth, client satisfaction, and revenue performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong understanding of market trends and client needs.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
