We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team at Collabera, a leading Digital Solutions company providing software engineering solutions to the world's most tech-forward organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python development and experience working in containerized environments (e.g., Docker).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality Python applications from scratch, with a focus on code rewrites and migrations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Review, develop, and enhance code in a containerized environment.
  • Migrate existing code to Python, leveraging your expertise in the language.
  • Build applications using the Dash library for Python, showcasing your ability to work with popular frameworks.
  • Assist in the migration of existing C#.NET code, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Python (not scripting).
  • Experience working in a containerized environment (e.g., Docker).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Experience building applications with Dash (a must).
  • Knowledge of banking industry standards in Canada.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in full-stack development.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
