Job Description

The IT Project Coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance and improve business analysis services by designing and developing future state processes that align with our Corporate Plan and Vision. This role is accountable for ensuring business alignment between subject matter experts, DT&S, senior management, external stakeholders, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business units in the development of request for proposal (RFP) requirements.
  • Lead facilitation activities.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and management of current business process analysis artifacts.

This role requires a strong understanding of business practices and goals, as well as excellent business analysis skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Formal training in Business Analysis with Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification or PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certification.
  • A broad-based background of technical experience.
  • Excellent business analysis skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
