Job Title: Club Attendant

At GoodLife Fitness, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Club Attendant to join our team. As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a clean, safe, and friendly in-Club experience for all Members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Club is clean, tidy, and Member-ready at all times by performing various duties, including cleaning equipment, washing and folding towels, and restocking consumable supplies.
  • Enhance the Member Experience by acknowledging and greeting Members while carrying out duties, being pleasant and present with every interaction, and assisting Members with questions by directing them to the appropriate person as necessary.
  • Perform other cleaning duties as required, including maintaining surfaces based on seasonal needs, unloading supplies, and stocking shelves.
  • Complete regular Pool/Whirlpool checks (where applicable/as required) and maintain tanning room and bed cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • CPR-A & AED Certification
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take initiative with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with Associates and Members
