About the Role

The Club Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring our members have a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience at our fitness center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the club, including the pool, whirlpool, and tanning areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the club is clean and tidy at all times, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
  • Restock supplies, such as paper towels and shampoo, as needed.
  • Perform regular pool and whirlpool checks to ensure they are safe and clean for members to use.
  • Maintain the tanning room and beds, ensuring they are clean and well-stocked.
  • Assist members with questions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • CPR-A and AED certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with a sense of urgency.
