We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 10712213 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including coordinating activities with other departments, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Reporting: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the accurate and efficient management of inventory, including arranging for maintenance and repair work, and organizing and maintaining inventory.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
