Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed by authorized personnel.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
