Job Description

At Always Convenience, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
