Job Title: AML Regulatory Compliance Lead

We are seeking an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance program is robust and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct AML risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective compliance measures.
  • Manage regulatory examinations and ensure timely responses.
  • Deliver AML training to employees and foster a culture of compliance.
  • Monitor and manage corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on AML matters.
Requirements:
  • Professional certification in AML compliance (e.g. CAMs, CFE).
  • Minimum 4 years experience in AML compliance within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing AML policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
