Senior AML Compliance Specialist

Job Title: AML Regulatory Compliance LeadWe are seeking an experienced AML Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance program is robust and effective.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain AML policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct AML risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective compliance measures.
- Manage regulatory examinations and ensure timely responses.
- Deliver AML training to employees and foster a culture of compliance.
- Monitor and manage corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits.
- Provide guidance and expertise on AML matters.
- Professional certification in AML compliance (e.g. CAMs, CFE).
- Minimum 4 years experience in AML compliance within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing AML policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
