About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Bold Exteriors Inc. as an Exterior Products Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing exterior and interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accurate and precise measurements.
  • Documentation and Invoicing: Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records of completed work.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors. Stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Teamwork and Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, providing support to newcomers and refugees, and offering on-the-job training to youth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 42.5 hours per week.
