Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Manage a team of 11-15 employees
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- WHMIS Certificate
This is a permanent position with a 45-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
