About the Role:
Cari is seeking a seasoned Logistics Senior Manager to oversee the efficient coordination of logistics across our airport projects. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement governance structures and processes to ensure effective logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement governance structures and processes for effective logistics management.
- Collaborate with Program Leads, the Interface Management Group, and other shared services to coordinate program activities.
- Proactively identify potential logistics challenges or conflicts and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and provide feedback on design plans and technical documents concerning constructability and logistics.
- Offer technical support for change management processes.
- Deliver executive and management-level reports to address issues and track information trends.
Requirements:
- University Degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least 10 years of experience in a logistics role, including minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Preferably 15 years of professional experience, including 10 years in a leadership role within logistics.
- At least 5 years of experience managing large international airport projects or similar infrastructure programs valued over CAD $500M.
- Proven expertise in site logistics, traffic management, site coordination, material and equipment delivery, and other relevant technical areas.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions for complex projects and programs.
- Strong technical skills across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, ideally with large-scale programs/projects.
- Experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic reporting to support effective decision-making.
