Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Team Member - Rack Oven to join our team at FGF Brands. As a key member of our manufacturing bakery, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the oven and baking process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial ovens in a manufacturing bakery setting, ensuring safe and efficient production.
  • Follow production schedules and set up ovens at proper temperatures to bake products to specification.
  • Monitor and maintain machinery and surrounding areas in good clean operating condition.
  • Communicate quality or processing issues to leadership and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Record rework, scrap, downtime, and temperature data on supplied worksheets.
  • Adhere to GMP's, Food Safety, and Health and Safety Procedures as outlined by FGF Brands.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to detect quality issues.
  • Good communication skills and simple mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and physically capable of performing the demands of the role.
  • Flexibility to work days, afternoons, nights, and weekends as needed.
