Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified professor to teach a course on corporate social responsibility and sustainability at the University of Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and sustainability, as well as teaching experience in planning and implementing sustainable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach a course on corporate social responsibility and sustainability to students at the University of Ottawa.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that covers topics such as self, others, the organization, and society.
  • Emphasize action and leadership development in the context of sustainability.
  • Use a variety of pedagogical approaches, including community service learning projects, simulations, case studies, and guest lecturers.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or MBA in strategy and sustainability/corporate responsibility.
  • Recent professional experience in strategy and sustainability.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in planning and implementing sustainable business solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in strategy and sustainability/corporate responsibility.
  • Experience with community service learning projects, simulations, case studies, and guest lecturers.
