Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to lead the Eucerin brand in the Central, East, and West Africa (CEWA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand growth, improve profitability, and maximize market shares.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a yearly Product Marketing Plan (PMP) strategy for the CEWA region in alignment with Medical Management, Sales, eCommerce, and all regional and global stakeholders.
- Activate and execute local best-in-class marketing activities across CEWA markets, utilizing global and regional materials, as well as global NPD pipeline or regional product focus strategy.
- Develop market knowledge in terms of trends, competitors, assortments, segments, and derive concrete action plans for Eucerin.
- Strengthen consumer orientation in the team and closeness to the field, ensuring relevant market research is conducted to understand and answer brand challenges, market environment, and consumer behaviors.
- Influence sales through strategic guidance on pricing, promotions, and sales mix to achieve net margin objectives.
- Control marketing investment in line with the agreed plan/forecast, reconciling and updating throughout the financial year.
- Strong marketing background with a focus on brand development and consumer marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
